| Where can I return my order? |
| For in-store purchases, please return your items to a Judith & Charles store. For online purchases, you can generate a return shipping label through our Returns Center and send the package to our Returns Center. Alternatively, you can drop off your online order at a store, with proof of your invoice. Please include a copy of your invoice, packing slip or order confirmation email with the return package and ensure it is securely repackaged. |
| How long do I have to return my order? |
| Online Purchases: Items must be in saleable condition (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any scent) with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery for regular items or 7 days for sale items. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. In-Store Purchases: Regular-price items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Sale items are Final Sale and are non-returnable. |
| What items are returnable online? |
| — Regular-price items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery. — Sale items purchased online can be returned within 7 days of delivery. |
| What items are non-refundable online? |
| — Final Sale items. — Free gifts or promotional items. — Original shipping charges. |
| How much is the return shipping fee? |
| For online returns, a return shipping label costs $20, which is deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit. Returns made in-store are free of charge. |
| I received the wrong or a faulty item. How do I return it? |
| We apologize for the error. Please contact customer care, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. |
| I wore my item and noticed it has a defect. What can I do? |
| Please contact customer care with a photo of the fault. We will assess the issue and, although a resolution is not guaranteed, we will try to repair or address the fault. |
| Can I return items purchased from wholesale partners? |
| No, items purchased from other merchants that carry our label cannot be returned or exchanged at Judith & Charles. |
| I haven’t received my refund. What should I do? |
| If you returned an item in-store or sent it to our head office, but haven’t received your refund within 10 days, please contact us to investigate. |
| I missed the return deadline. Can I still return my item? |
| Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges past the return window. Please contact us if you have an exceptional case. |
