I have been shopping at Judith & Charles since the company's early days (Teenflo). While I still enjoy an occasional purchase, I have found that generally the bottoms (skirts, pants) now have too much elastane type fabric. I agree that this fabric makes the clothing more stretchable and comfortable but also, it causes clothing to soon loses its shape quickly.
